the great part about this product is the ease of adjusting the kettle. It's very simple and kettlebells are a great workout. However this product is very poorly put together. I am experience with kettles and unfortunately this product does not stack up. The handle lossened up and nearly wiggled off after just one workout. I would not reccomend this pricey product
